Perbandingan Akibat Putusnya Perkawinan Antara Undang-ndang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan Dengan Women’s Charter 1961 Singapura (Revised Edition 2009)
Abstract
This study aims to compare or see comparisona of laws in two counties, namely the State of Indonesia which Law Number 1 of 1974 concercing Marriage and the State of Singapore which uses the Women’s Charter 1961 (Revised Edition 2009). The mistake is the mistake of what is the equation and the answer to the rules resulting from the breakdown of marriage between the two countries, as well as what advantages and disadvantages are contained in the repective regulations regarding the result of breaking up of marriage in the two countries. This research uses the type of normative research, namely the scientific research process used to find the truth based on scientific disciplines and the workings of normative legal science. Conclusion: in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Women’s Charter 1961 (Revised Edition 2009) there are similarities and differences as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each regulation regarding the break-up of marriage ex-husband and ex-wife, to children and to matrimonial assets.
