PERAN KADER TB DALAM PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI SULI SIMULATOR

Abstract

ABSTRAK

 Tuberkulosis  merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan sebagai salah satu tujuan dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Jumlah penemuan kasus di Kota Lubuklinggau pada tahun 2020 sebesar 273 kasus menurun dibandingkan tahun 2019 sebesar 967 kasus. Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 penerapan Teknologi Informasi di bidang kesehatan menjadi tuntutan institusi kesehatan di sektor pemerintah dalam menjalankan pelayanannya agar lebih efisien efektif dalam penemuan kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali aksi kader dalam kegiatan Investigasi Kontak melalui penggunaan aplikasi web SULI SIMULATOR (Surveilans Linggau Sistem Informasi Penyakit Menular dan Tular Vektor). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) kepada 10 kader kesehatan di Puskesmas Dinas Kesehatan Kota Lubuklinggau sebagai subjek dalam proses kegiatan melalui tahapan yaitu reconnaissance, planning, action and observation, reflection. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kader cukup baik terhadap pengertian, tanda gejala dan penyebab TBC, serta kegiatan investigasi kontak, ada beberapa hambatan dan kendala yang ditemukan selama proses kegiatan investigasi kontak TBC dengan penggunaan aplikasi yang ditentukan. Dari 31 data suspek TBC yang diinput ke aplikasi dan dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium terdapat 3 sampel positif TBC dan sisanya negatif.

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem and as one of the goals in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The number of case findings in Lubuklinggau City in 2020 amounted to 273 cases decreased compared to 967 cases in 2019. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the application of Information Technology in the field of health became a demand for health institutions in the government sector in carrying out their services to be more efficiently effective in case discovery. This research aims to explore the actions of cadres in Contact Investigation activities through the use of SULI SIMULATOR (Surveilans Linggau Sistem Informasi Penyakit Menular dan Tular Vektor) web application. This study uses qualitative design with participatory action research (PAR) approach to 10 health cadres in the Health Center of The Lubuklinggau City Health Office as subjects in the process of activities through the stages of reconnaissance, planning, action and observation, reflection. This study shows that the cadre's understanding is quite good to the understanding, signs of symptoms and causes of TUBERCULOSIS, as well as contact investigation activities, there are several obstacles and obstacles found during the process of tb contact investigation activities with the specified application use. Of the 31 suspected TB data entered into the application and laboratory examination there were 3 positive samples of TUBERCULOSIS and the rest negative.
